Essential Details/Documents for the Guardian
- Parent/Guardian Aadhaar (Father /Mother /Legal Guardian): For identity cross-verification and consent forms.
- Active Mobile Number: A primary 10-digit mobile number belonging to the parent or guardian for OTP and SMS updates.
- Income/BPL/EWS Certificate (if applicable): Proof needed if claiming benefits under disadvantaged or BPL/AAY beneficiary groups.
- Address Proof: Ration card, electricity bill, or voter ID of the guardian for residential pin code and address mapping.
