Admission Procedure

  • Parents/Guardians are required to register the name of their ward with the school office.
  • The duly filled Registration Form, along with all required documents, must be submitted to the School Administration within the stipulated time.
  • Upon successful submission, the school will notify parents of a specific date and time for interaction/counselling of the child for admission to the appropriate class.

 

Admission Criteria

  • Selection is based on personal interaction with the student.
  • An entrance assessment may be conducted for admission to Class I and above.
  • Admission is granted strictly on the basis of the child’s performance in the interaction and/or entrance test.
  • The school management reserves the absolute right regarding the selection and admission of candidates.

 

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

 

Essential Documents for the Student

  • Aadhaar Card: Mandatory or strongly recommended for identity verification and linking with APAAR/PEN ID. Name on Aadhaar must match school records
  • Birth Certificate: To verify the exact Date of Birth (DOB) and official spelling of the child's name
  • Previous Report Card / Transfer Certificate (TC): For academic history, previous year grade, attendance percentage, and admission numbers.
  • Caste / Category Certificate: Official proof if the student belongs to SC, ST, OBC, or General (EWS) categories.
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable): Required for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) classification and percentage logging.
  • Blood Group Report (optional / if asked): Basic health attribute captured in recent profile fields.

 

Essential Details/Documents for the Guardian

  • Parent/Guardian Aadhaar (Father /Mother /Legal Guardian): For identity cross-verification and consent forms.
  • Active Mobile Number: A primary 10-digit mobile number belonging to the parent or guardian for OTP and SMS updates.
  • Income/BPL/EWS Certificate (if applicable): Proof needed if claiming benefits under disadvantaged or BPL/AAY beneficiary groups.
  • Address Proof: Ration card, electricity bill, or voter ID of the guardian for residential pin code and address mapping.
